We offer a wide variety of different and inspiring meals. Each season we will release a new menu with a focus on the best seasonal products. Within a season we rotate our menus so that different dishes are offered each week of the month. Within the same season, each week’s menu is completely different from the preceding one and the following one.
The Nutri-score is a system which makes it easy to compare the nutritional quality of different products by rating a dish from A to E. Dishes rated A have the highest nutritional quality and E the lowest. The score is calculated using a fixed scientific method that takes into account the balance of nutrients to avoid (eg. sugar, saturated fat, salt) and healthy nutrients (eg. fibre, protein, vegetables). You can find out more here: https://nutriscore.colruytgroup.com/colruytgroup/en/about-nutri-score/

Delivery

In Geneva and Lausanne we deliver with our own truck. There are 2 options: receive your meals in person with no packaging, or receive a Powermeals box that you can leave out before each delivery to be refilled.

Elsewhere in Switzerland we deliver using the Swiss Post. We deliver from Tuesday to Thursday before 5pm, or if you like you can also pay extra for: delivery on Monday, delivery before 9am, the box to be carried upstairs (by default our boxes are left at the building entrance, normally on the doorstep or by the mailbox.)
For delivery on Tuesday to Thursday before 5pm, we charge a small base shipping fee. We apply discounts so the more meals you order, the cheaper the delivery, with free shipping on boxes of 14 meals or more.
If you like you can also pay for:
An express delivery on Monday or before 9am, which costs 11 CHF
The box to be carried upstairs, which costs 4 CHF (by default our boxes are left at the building entrance or by the mailbox.)
No, if you don't choose the option to have an in person delivery, then no one needs to be home. To spare you having to fetch your box at the Post office we instruct the postman to leave the parcel at your building even if you aren’t at home. Your parcel will be dropped either on your doorstep or near your mailbox. Our insulated boxes are designed to keep your meals fresh for up to 48h, so your meals can wait for you all day if needed.
To do our bit for the planet we use recyclable packaging wherever possible.

When you have emptied your box simply put the box and insulation into your paper recycling.
You can reuse the ice packs or drain them and throw them away. The plastic ice pack lining is made of PE and can be recycled, but please check your local recycling guidelines.
We reduce plastic waste by using paper-based meal trays with a food-grade PET lining. You can dispose of them with the household waste. Alternatively separate the paper from the PET lining by ripping it away at the corner. The paper can then go in the paper recycling and you will need to check your local guidelines for PET.
If you are in Geneva, Lausanne, or nearby postcodes, we can reuse your packaging - leave your box outside your door before your next delivery and our driver will refill it
Yes! We can deliver to any physical address in Switzerland (we do not deliver to PO boxes).
Our boxes will keep your powermeals fresh for up to 48 hours after they’re packaged. That means, if you’re not home on the day of delivery our boxes can wait for you until the evening. When you open your box the dishes should be transferred to the fridge as soon as possible.
Of course! You can skip future deliveries in your client account. Simply log in and turn off the slider next to any delivery you want to skip.
